Oxygen Troubleshooting

Concentrator Won’t Turn On
  • Turn the power button off and then on.
  • Push the white reset button.
  • Unplug the concentrator and then plug it back in.
  • Check if the outlet is controlled by a wall switch.
  • Always plug directly into a wall outlet, NEVER use an extension cord or power strip.
Concentrator is Alarming
  • Remove the humidifier bottle and connect the tubing/cannula directly.
  • Ensure adequate airflow; keep it clear of clothes, blankets, or furniture.
  • Keep the concentrator 1-2 feet away from walls for ventilation.
  • Check for kinks or blockages in the tubing or cannula.
  • Plug directly into a wall outlet, avoiding extension cords or surge protectors.
  • Adjust the liter flow to 0, then reset to the prescribed level.
Liter Flow Can’t Be Adjusted or Changed
  • Remove the humidifier bottle and connect tubing/cannula directly (this is the most common cause).
