Concentrator Won’t Turn On
- Turn the power button off and then on.
- Push the white reset button.
- Unplug the concentrator and then plug it back in.
- Check if the outlet is controlled by a wall switch.
- Always plug directly into a wall outlet, NEVER use an extension cord or power strip.
Concentrator is Alarming
- Remove the humidifier bottle and connect the tubing/cannula directly.
- Ensure adequate airflow; keep it clear of clothes, blankets, or furniture.
- Keep the concentrator 1-2 feet away from walls for ventilation.
- Check for kinks or blockages in the tubing or cannula.
- Plug directly into a wall outlet, avoiding extension cords or surge protectors.
- Adjust the liter flow to 0, then reset to the prescribed level.
Liter Flow Can’t Be Adjusted or Changed
- Remove the humidifier bottle and connect tubing/cannula directly (this is the most common cause).
