No Mist or Weak Mist Production

Check the Air Compressor: Ensure it's plugged in and turned on.

Inspect the Tubing: Look for kinks, clogs, or disconnections.

Verify Medication Cup Assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly connected.

Clean the Nebulizer: Clogs can reduce mist production.

Nebulizer Not Turning On

Check Power Source: Ensure the device is plugged in or the battery is charged.

Inspect Power Cord & Connections: Look for damage.

Try a Different Outlet: The power source may be faulty.

Medication Not Nebulizing Properly

Use the Correct Medication: Some medications require specific nebulizers.

Shake the Medication Well: Some solutions separate over time.

Ensure Proper Medication Amount: Too much or too little liquid can affect mist production.

Water or Condensation in the Tubing

Clear the Tubing: Disconnect it and run the compressor to dry it out.

Store Properly: Lay tubing flat after use to prevent moisture buildup.

Strange Odor or Discoloration

Replace Old Filters: Clogged filters can cause odors.

Deep Clean the Nebulizer: Wash all removable parts regularly.

Check Medication Expiry Date: Expired medication can smell unusual.

Short Treatment Times or Inconsistent Performance

Use Manufacturer-Recommended Parts: Incompatible parts can affect performance.

Replace Worn Components: Nebulizer cups, tubing, and filters should be replaced regularly.
